Town Commissioners


Town Hall open Monday and Wednesday 11 a.m.-6 p.m. & Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

The Town Commissioners meet the 1st Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. for their regular meeting.  Every 3rd Wednesday of every month, they hold their workshop meeting at 6:30 p.m.

 
 
 
 

Planning Commission

In August 2003 the Commissioners of Sudlersville adopted the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Sudlersville, Queen Anne's County, MD, reflecting the Town citizens desire that future growth and change be orderly and compatible with the historic character of the Town and surrounding areas.

Then in January of 2005 the Commissioners of Sudlersville adopted the Sudlersville Zoning Ordinance and the Official Zoning District Map in accordance with the Sudlersville Comprehensive Plan.

Currently the Planning Commission is comprised of five members who are appointed by the Commissioners of Sudlersville for a 5-year term.

The Planning Commission meets the 1st Monday of every month at 7:00 pm for their regular meeting.  Every 3rd Monday of every month, they hold their workshop meeting at 7:00 p.m.

 
 
 
 

Planning Commission Board Of Appeals

The Board of Appeals shall decide any question involving the interpretation of any provision of the Zoning Ordinance including determination of the exact location of any district boundary if there is uncertainty with respect thereto; where it is alleged there is error in any order, requirement, decision or determination including any order requiring an alleged violation to stop, cease and desist made by the Zoning Administrator in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance.
